Great location on the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Ten minute drive to el morro, we hitch hiked there easily.
WiFi was bad but seems to be most places in town. Lorraine was very communicative throughout even though it was Christmas. Would definitely return. Place is good for the price, good location and well maintained, I did not have hot water. The place is located in a magical garden just beside the beach.
Lorraine was very helpful and she responded promptly to my questions. Highly recommend this place! Lorraine was extremely nice, patient and helpful to give us all kinds of useful advise on local travel planning, restaurants and medical services.
We enjoyed our stay in her hotel. Monte cristi was a calm and relaxable town, unlike other big or famous tourist places in DR. Lilo restaurant right in front of Lilo supermercado was very popular for their lunch of the day inexpensive but giant portion of dominican food. We only stayed one night and had to check out in the morning. The room was nice, my gf loved that the bed was very fluffy and comfortable. In the room we didn't have wifi, but since we arrived late, we didn't bother and had our own LTE.
I really liked the small water bottles and the oreo that was on the table when we came to the room. We didn't go to the pool but I did see that the place was very good maintained. It looked like in an hotel. If you are driving with car please be careful, since the road infront is not paved road. It had a beach right infront of the place.
