The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The bed and bedsheets were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern with a great shower. My emails were replied immediately thanks to Zhansaya hotel manager.
Staff helped me to book my transfer from Airport and mobile router for wandering around in the city. Sauna, swimming pool and gym are new. Breakfast is enough and dinner is abounded.

My booking included both breakfast and dinner which, both meals which were delicious and ample. Because I had to wake up early in the middle of my second night to catch an early plane, the staff offered to make a boxed breakfast to take with me at no extra charge.
