Best bes ever, nice linens and pillows, nice towels.. Super Class hotel for this price point! Slept like a baby!! This stay was fun because the hotel is off the main road and so a chance to see the life of the neighborhood. Be aware there are also Hotels Xuan Huynh 1 and 2. The taxi from the bus station dropped us off at 1, and the clerk there called and directed us down a nearby dirt street toward 3.

English is minimal, but staff is friendly and helpful. A nice stay. The staff was attentive and kind and the room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Must go see the bats at sunset at the nearby pagoda.
Our only complaint was the caged macaques in the courtyard. Seemingly healthy male adult and baby in a cage with trash on the bottom was truly heartbreaking.
We wish the animals were free. Most staff speak no English but all were helpful within their limits. The key front desk person was very helpful arranging bus and taxi for the following day. It is a bit out of the way although local people were friendly. Big room but no elevator.
It's like an abandoned hotel just holding off from being bulldozed. Pool closed, only 4 of 6 terrible breakfast options available, dirty bathrooms, broken rooms, and the rest is just generally falling apart.
